I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tile
Interview
Phone interview then virtual onsite. My interview went really well, all the interviewers were really very professional. To future interview candidates, if you're serious and don't just need a job then don't waste your time here.
My onsite went really well. After 1 week of my onsite, I informed recruiters that I have other offers if possible can you please expedite the process? One recruiter reached out to me (with whom throughout the process I didn't work) and said can't expedite the process. After another week so like after 2 weeks of my onsite I reached out again and that time the recruiter asked me whether I'm serious about this disruptive company. I replied that I just don't randomly apply to a company and I'm very interested in Tiles product. It was kind of disrespectful to ask candidate post-interview if you're serious or not.
One kind request to the recruiting team, candidates do put a lot of effort during the interview process so be respectful to at least reply back with the outcome of the interview. Also if you really want to build a disruptive company then be ready to deal with moving fast during the hiring process, world is moving fast be ready. I will not recommend anyone to waste time.

Thanks for your feedback. From what I understand this was a very specific circumstance in which you had potentially two other offers, and asked if we could speed up our process so you could potentially have a third in hand. We couldn't do that as we had other candidates in process too that we needed to give a chance to as well. When you called back it appeared the other offers had fallen through, and so we weren't sure if you really wanted to work at Tile or if you were coming back because the other offers were no longer available. In my opinion what our recruiter asked was a fair question under the circumstances and was not intended to insult or dismiss you in any way. We do appreciate you interviewing at Tile, and wish you all the best in your next opportunity. Lissa
