They ask you common interview questions, your availability and situational and hypothetical questions to gauge your experience and thinking. They also ask your favourite item on the menu. So it's better to prepare all of these informations ahead of time.

Customer spilled their drink how would you help/remediate this situation?
The process was easy. They asked basic questions, had me complete paperwork, and assigned laptop-based tasks. After finishing the assignments, they began the training process and explained the job responsibilities.
I had a referral from a friend who had just started working there. I booked an interview with the manager soon after. Interview was approximately 10-15 minutes long and was asked the typical interview questions. I was hired on the spot.
