The recruiter who reached out to me seemed enthusiastic enough. I was swiftly moved onto the hiring manager call within the same week. It was pretty conversational, mainly "tell me about a time" type of questions. However, I got ghosted in end even after sending follow ups. Not even a rejection email telling me they moved into other candidates.
