They use BrightHire AI to record and transcribe interviews. The HR rep sounded like he was just reading questions off from a script and wasn't very engaging. He asked tech questions which seemed odd for an HR interview. I got the impression that someone else would be reviewing the transcription which completely takes out the personality and human element from the interview.
