I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview process seems very well organized initially which may be deceiving. The steps are listed below:
First step - call by a recruiter second step schedule a phone interview , and a virtual interview similar to Skype, complete online assessment, complete online HR documents, (background /credit. etc.) and Third step-hiring manager group sales manager.
I believe the recruiter you work with is extremely professional. The breakdown of that does not translate over to the actual hiring manager interview.
~Be prepared for an ineffective interview at the last step~

Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.

Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
