I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2009
Interview
the hiring process was pretty thourough and there were no problems for me. They do a good job of describing the position and what it takes to be successful at TQL. The position is really not for all people so please pay attention during the interview process. If you are motivated, competitive and dont mind a high energy sales enviroment then you will be fine. some people just take the job because they need something and are disgruntled if it doesnt work out
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
