The hiring and interview process was very in depth and demanding. The process consisted of two phone interviews and a skype interview. I really enjoyed the people I spoke with but did not enjoy the interview process.

There were a variety of out-of-the box questions. Questions ranged from behavioral to personal, some questions were not very professional and could cause tension between interviewer and interviewee.

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.
