Interview
The interview process was thorough. The recruiting manager Cylas was in great communication throughout the entire process. I had two phone interviews, an on-site job shadow and interview that lasted about an hour and 15 minutes, and then a final interview with a hiring manager. There are also some quick exams that you take prior to that final interview. Overall, that the process was great, very organized, and awesome people.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
