I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview process began with an initial introduction phone call lasting about 10 minutes. The next step was about a 30-40 minute phone interview, which mostly consisted of the interviewer going over your resume, finding out more about your career goals, and addressing any questions you may have.
After this phone call, you will have an on-site interview lasting around 2 hours. The first half consists of a test covering geography, basic computer skills, and basic company knowledge. The second half is a 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.

Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
