The HR dept contacted me within hours of submitting my application on-line. I had a brief phone screener with a HR rep that consisted of some very basic questions about my interest in the job, the company, and my background. About a week later, they called me back to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. That conversation lasted about 30 minutes, but the actual interview only lasted about 15 minutes. The rest was me asking her questions about the department, the company, etc. The interview itself wasn't hard, but I definitely didn't have very good chemistry with the hiring manager.
