    My coworkers were the best. My team rocked. The customers (especially the kids made you not want to grow up. I will always be a Toys R Us KId!!

    The balance with the live work life but I had to do what I had to do.

    Keep winning and keep rewarding and honoring your customers and employees. I was one of those winning managers!

    Started part-time 11 years ago and worked my was up the chain. When they were around there was opportunities to advance and grow within the company.

    Cons

    As the years went on, resources became tighter and tighter.
