    Pros

    Working at Toys R Us was a pretty smooth time. There were ups and downs but smooth either way.

    Cons

    No cons from me! It’s unfortunate the company is being shut down, however.

    Advice to Management

    I’m sorry technology is taking over this generation. Toys R Us had some pretty good prices.

    Flexible hours, time goes by fast.

    Cons

    Lots of calls asking to come in. But it’s not really a con when you need money and you’re ready to work!

    Pros

    No drama environment, great crew to work with, made the shift go quick and I was never bored, tired yes, but that's the job.

    Cons

    they went out of business.

    Advice to Management

    over borrowing and poor decisions to expand too fast will kill any worthwhile endeavor. hope you don't kill the next company like Toys R Us.

    It is still sales in all positions.
    Full time only upper management.
