It's straight forward. An HR round, followed by a technical talk with the hiring manager. After that one more tech talks with senior engineers, and then the final talk with the HR.

Easy interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tradebyte (Ansbach)
Interview
The interview process was structured and fairly quick. In the first round I received an email from HR to schedule a short 15-minute Google Meet session. It was mainly an introduction where they asked about my previous experiences studies and personal projects. The second round was a one-hour technical interview where I was asked programming related questions such as questions about front end AWS or back end. I also presented a past project and designed a distributed system and answered questions about my design choices. The third and final round was a meet-and-greet with the team, where they focused on teamwork collaboration, and additional programming-related questions.

Question 1
The most important and difficult question was to design a system that can survive crashes without losing any data, with multiple backups, while still being efficient. Using a distributed architecture with replication across multiple nodes, combined with database redundancy and automated fail over. The entire design round was around 30 minutes long. They later asked questions about the system I had designed
They were really friendly and welcoming! I would love to work there in the future as a software developer. I was invited to an assessment centre and it went really well.
