Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief sehr unkompliziert. Ich habe das vor ein paar Jahren gemacht. Die erste Runde diente einem allgemeinen Kennenlernen. Die zweite Runde war mit meinem Personalchef, um meinen Produktprozess usw. zu verstehen. Die dritte und letzte Runde war eine Fallstudie, die ich lösen und auf Abruf präsentieren musste.

3 interviews
The first one was a super simple HR interview. Simple get-to-know questions. Intro, what are your long-term career goals etc.
2nd Interview was with the product lead and HOP. This was fairly okay. They mostly asked questions related to my current work.
3rd and final was the trial day. Get to know the team, and then a small 40 min task which was quite easy.
