Printed application online went in to the store to hand in the application. Had a interview with the Mate( assistant manager) he asked some regular interviewing questions. Went and set up a second interview came in for the second interview which was laid back.

I was not hired! It was a new store so it was a very competitive position. I was emailed the day after my application, but denied shortly after the call. I am under the assumption that this location prefers experienced people.
