First phone call is a get to know you. Second is hard core. You have to sell the interviewer a grill as they throw random objections at you. Very much like what happens in the field.

Initial Phone call to establish a potential fit. Secondary phone call interview with a sales leader. On site 3 day training in SLC where you will learn the pitch and need to perform it within a time standard.
