Short telephonic interview with a team of 3 people with whom i directly worked in the company. The interview for me was less that 30 minutes because it was a contract job.

Initially a phone screen followed by an on site panel interview for 1/2 day. Met with various levels of management at the site on a working Saturday. Gave a good view of what the environment was like.
