Interviews for Top Jobs at Transtreme

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Transtreme in Jun 2023
The interviewer did not seem prepared, like she was as reading my resume for the first time during the interview. Was basically asked the generic questions about my certification, licensure, etc. Did not really go over any of my experience in previous or current positions. Details of job were not clear.
- How long have your been an NP? Are you ANCC or AANP certified? What do you like about your current job?

I met with the CEO directly. Presents himself as a Nurse Practitioner who is still seeing patients and not a high and mighty CEO. Made me feel at ease right away!

I applied online. I interviewed at Transtreme (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2019
The process involved a fairly informal telephone interview, shadowing a current nurse practitioner, and then likely dinner with the CEO of the company to discuss further. It seemed very streamlined, quick and as though the priority was ensuring a good fit in terms of personality.
- They asked me to describe my background and what drew me to Transtreme.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Transtreme in Aug 2016
I was referred by a current team member who I worked with at a prior company. I had one phone interview then a live meeting. Interviewers asked a lot about me and my experience and gave a very detailed overview of the company (I did know a bunch already but it was helpful to hear from them) and we talked about areas of focus and opportunities. Questions were very direct which I appreciated.
- What about working with Transtreme interested you?

Anonymous Employee in Upland, CA
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Transtreme (Upland, CA) in May 2015
The interview process took about 2 weeks. I submitted my resume, and was called 3-4 days later to do a sit down interview with the CEO's assistant administrator. Afterwards, I was told they would discuss, and get back to me. A week passed, and the CEO sat down with me, notified me that they would be happy to have me join the team. She requested to know what my preference was in regards to start date, and what my preference was for daily start/ end time .
