I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Travelers in Oct 2017
Interview
My university allowed Travelers to conduct on-campus interviews with students who were chosen from a pool of applicants. The application consisted of a cover letter and a resume. Two young employees in Human Resources interviewed me and it seemed like they were new to the process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain a situation in which you and a coworker had an issue or disagreement and how you handled it.
1st Round 2nd Round super day 3 interviews, this is usually with someone that is at the AVP level and then two lower level people. Overall pretty chill, not too intense.
The interview process was pretty relaxed, with a lot of behavioral questions. It also felt like a casual conversation, and the interviewers were really friendly. Overall, they have a welcoming and chill community.

Question 1
Describe a time where you had to solve a conflict in a work environment.
Fairly standard with questions that are both behavioral and technical. Be prepared to speak about past experience and also know bits about the insurance industry. It will help a lot to have this information.
