Interview
1) Took a test online.
2) Received a call from HR to schedule 30 min phone interview with her. This interview consisted of information about the roll and also numerous situational based questions. STAR method.
3) Received a call from hiring manager to schedule 1-3 hour phone interview with him and another manager (my phone call went a total of 3 hours and 40 mins). First spoke with 2 managers, then someone in the current roll and then a third manager. Interview was a lot of situational based questions STAR method for EVERYTHING. Make sure you practice with STAR questions before hand or this interview will be extremely tough. It went flawlessly as the managers were engaged in conversation with me and very down to earth/nice people. Our conversation, (with all 4 people) was extremely enjoyable.
4) Was contacted about a week later by HR giving me the verbal offer contingent on background check.
5) A couple days later contacted again by HR and received the job.

Was very quick and straightforward. The management was very encouraging and helpful. Between each step in the process, I was made aware of the next steps and what was coming.

Interview
Very long interview process. Applied online, received a link to complete an assessment the next day. 2 weeks later got a call from a recruiter for a phone interview. 2 weeks later was contacted again to set up a zoom interview for the following week. About a week later got called with a job offer starting a month later. The process took 2.5 months from application to first day of work.
Great conversation with the Hiring Director. Get to know each other and the basic fundamentals of your career path. Look forward to the next steps here but you won't allow me to view your website without this measly review.
