Upon submitting the application you’re directed to take a test which is timed and mostly testing your attention to detail and critical thinking skills. The test is actually pretty tough, and if you pass it will let you know that your application will be under consideration. Maybe a week after I received an email asking to schedule an interview time. Upon arriving for the interview, there were a lot of people there. Everyone went in to a large room and were given a folder. Each candidate is then called to a specific table for an initial interview with a team manager, probably to filter the candidates down. The candidates that got through the initial interview were held in an additional room and each were called individually. Once I was called, I went in to a large conference room and interviewed with two business leaders. They decided to move me to the next stage which was to sit with an associate doing the job being interviewed for to get a feel for the daily tasks. This in itself is also an interview and the associate reports feedback to the hiring manager. After about 20 minutes of the side-by-side, the unit manager came and got me for a final interview. The entire process was long but very organized. Each interviewer did a great job making me feel comfortable and the environment and interactions with the interviewers made me want the job even more.
