I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Triage Consulting Group
Interview
Dropped resume through on campus recruiting. Intern interview is 1 round, 45 min behavioral. Principal I interviewed with was, true to the firm culture, extremely relaxed. Very conversational interview.
One piece of advice: know yourself and your interests. The firm is looking for people who are great to work with and are interesting be around. Triage's greatest competitive advantage is their people and culture. They do a great job taking fun, outgoing people.

Interview
The interview process consisted of one 30-minute behavioral interview , on campus, with a Senior Manager from Triage. It was fairly conversational, and it seemed like I was only asked maybe two or three actual questions. The rest of the interview was us talking about our interests and getting to know each other. I heard back just a few days later.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Triage Consulting Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied through campus recruiting. All behavioral. Know about the company, and why you would be a good fit for the firm. The interviewer was very nice and excited to share his experiences at the company. I could tell just by our conversation that he was very intelligent. He allowed a good amount of time after the interview for any questions I had regarding the position/company/next steps in the process.
