There first interview was a phone interview. Mostly getting to know who you are (background). Explanation of next steps. No business case. The interviewer also talked a lot about Triage, and what makes them different from other consultant firms.
Full day interview in office. They have you do a test as well as three different interviews with different stakeholders. They also have you do lunch with a senior associate and another associate consultant.

Laid back interview. Straightforward questions and case. Be prepared to answer Why Triage specifically. Friendly staff and interviewers who are eager to get to know you. Expenses (transportation and meals) paid for in person interview.
