      Economist Interview

      Aug 15, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trulia in Feb 2019

      Interview

I applied on an online application, then they contacted me for a 45 minute phone screen. Then they sent me a data exercise, using some of their data to draw conclusions about a housing-related topic, and then I had a bunch of behavioral interviews (via videoconference)

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me why I want the job, why I think I would be a good fit for the role, and the usual behavioral items. They wanted to know what I would be interested in analyzing. They also asked me to describe some analytical work I had on my resume.
