The process took about 15 mins with two managers. It was quite simple and easy going. They both were easy going and organized. Just be prepared to answer questions thoroughly.
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.
