I went to my branch to make a deposit and saw there was an opening for a part time teller. I asked about the position and ended up speaking with the branch manager and had an informal interview. I was told to apply on their website and then I received a call from the assistant branch manager who formally interviewed me. A few days later I was called by HR and offered the position. The entire process two about two weeks.

I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.
Very good. Followed professional format. Questions were well phrased. Interviewers were nice. Two rounds of interviews. Could not relocate. Excellent organization. Great leadership and structure. Virtual interviews. Good questions focusing ln strengths and weeknesses amd experoence
