Unstructured interviewed with Banker, Desk Head and Country Team Head, usually at cafes / restaurants. Hiring process is driven by markets, thus it varies from manager to manager. Mainly aim to assess personality fit with banker and team.

Comprehensive with quite a number of meditating question such as your expectation with the job & the co. & why did you leave the former employer; will you accept long working hours sometimes & can you survive stress
HR and team lead interviews. 30 minutes each. Back to back. All behavioral questions. They were looking for someone on the client advisor pipeline, so they were looking for someone who’s presentable

Interview
I met the RM and LM first, second interview was with the entire department of 7 people (all were in front of me as in a panel discussion) and joked that they do not want to frighten me. Regular questions about strengths and weaknesses and where I see myself in 5 years. They are looking for well-educated and positive people with ambitions and once you're hired you are punished for having any ambitious and wanting to develop.
The third interview was with HR when it was already clear that the offer will be made. Details such as salary were discussed.
