I met with someone at my school telling me about the position. They took my resume and then called me a week later. I had an Interview over the phone with someone in HR. After the phone interview I met with one of the V.P. of investments to do another interview. Three days later they called and offered me the internship.

Interview
There are four rounds in total, After submitted your CV you have to complete two-parts online assessment and one-way video interview within 1 week. The assessments and interview are relatively longer than in other companies, video interview ~6 behavioral and situational questions
apply with cv and cover letter and then wait for quite a while. then if you get an invitation to the video interview you can go ahead and then do the interview.

Interview
Good overall, had the basic HireVue experience, no technical questions, essentially behavioural. Why do you want to join UBS? Market awareness, why this program, previous experiences, etc. It took around 20 minutes to complete everything.
