I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (London, England) in Feb 2012
Interview
1st round: short telephone interview, competency based
2nd around: AC consisting of numerical test, group discussion, presentation and individual interview. Presentation and group discussion was based on material about a large online retailer. Interview was 50% competency and 50% about UBS's current deals and technical questions. Overall 10 students participated, result was announced the next day.
