UCB Graduate Development Program interview questions

I had the first 30 min interview with a junior HR with standard questions about motivations and plan for the future. After passing that phase, she scheduled two "technical" interviews. For the first one, I had to prepare a 10 min presentation regarding an organizational challenge they were facing. The second one was more related to my resume, the interviewer simply read the questions and I had to answer (not so interactive if I have to be totally honest).
