Apply online at first by filling out a few forms, then select a time slot to have a tour in ups facility. For me, it was 6 am. Supervisor guided candidates a tour and gave some information of how handler worked routinely. At last, select a time to have an interview with HR personnel.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
