The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS in Jan 2013
Interview
Was normal, asked me about my years of experience, what I would like to do in future, what I had planned for the role, whether i could use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Asked about whether I am comfortable working in a team for four adult persons from different walks of life and with different view points of the world.
Very constructive, open to explain the process, but offered little information about the whole process. Coul be better at giving such data before commiting the candidate to other processes and references.
There is no interview, just a short call with an agent and I got the job. Told them I wanted to start 2 days later and they say yes. Started work doing purely send again
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS
Interview
First communication was a job offer. I received a email and text asking if I was still interested in the position. I was interviewing at other places so did not respond. Got another text from recruiter a few days later and I accepted. Typical warehouse onboarding
