Interview
I applied online, after that i had setup my appointment. I was selected to go at 6 am. When you get there the HR manager came and took me and several others to a room. Then she started explaining what the job requires out of the worker, the pay, the benefits and then she showed us the facility and how everything worked. After the tour we went back to the room, and then she started to take us in for an interview.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
