Interview
The interview process was very well structured. They have really high standards. The interview difficulty was average, although there is a 4hrs Management readiness exam that you must take after you're given the job offer.
Good experience, professional questions were asked. Apply online, screening, interview. It was a standard flow that met expectations and are clearly communicated. I was happy with the process overall. They were very nice, thank you.
Virtual; very personable and informative on the position, company, and interviewer. It lasted around 40 minutes and was given a timeline for moving forward at the end. Interviewer was enthusiastic and did a great job making interviewee feel welcomed.

One trait that you think is the most important for someone to have and why
First step was a phone interview. Then I had a virtual meeting for a manager interview. Last virtual meeting was a team interview with 2 other members who I would work closely with.
