Horrible and a waste of time . They really invite you in just to hear about the job and ask if you know what you signed up for . Of course they don’t tell you about the extreme hour cuts or the forever part time future.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
