The interview process was easy and short. We were interviewed one on one. We got a tour of the warehouse before we were interviewed, so we were aware of what we were getting into.

Why do you want to work for UPS? It's not a clean, comfortable workplace. And, what can you bring to our company?
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
