Very to-the-point but friendly. The questions I was asked were in UPS language as I am a current UPS employee. They asked about the why I wanted to move to NJ and why I would be a good long-term fit for the job.

Was informal, met with two people. Described my experience, asked some interesting questions. Was very positive and good, felt engaged. Was not advised of very conservative dress code, wish I had been.

I worked here for 3 years. The interview was pretty cut and dry. I interviewed at a different location. I was offered the position 2 weeks after interviewing.
