well it was an conference interview at the hinds community college where i am currently attending as apart of the MI-BEST COLLEGE CURRICULUM and i met 2 recruiters whom briefed me all about the requirements of package handling and I WITH THE HELP OF MY COLLEGE INSTRUCTORS I APPLIED ONLINE AND FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS. I AM STILL AWAITING AN FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW AS OF THIS DATE.

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
