Interview
The interviewing process was fairly easy. I believe the interview process is not that difficult because they know the job will eliminate all the individuals that are unable to handle the demands of the position.

Have you worked at a job that required you to work in the elements?
No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
