Typical interaction with a recruiter, then online assessment and phone interview. Then in person interview with a manager. Be prepared to wait weeks in between interview and contact. Then weeks more before interview scheduled. Then weeks more before offer. Then weeks and weeks before start date. The process made me wonder how people currently unemployed handled it. I was currently working and could pay my bills but if I was unemployed, a 4 month process would have been a deal breaker.
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
