Online assessment, then phone interview and finally in person interview.
The first two steps were fine, the phone interview went well and the recruiter told me I did a good job. When I went to the in person interview, the lady from HR basically rejected me as soon as we shacked hands in the beginning.. (distant, cold and in a hurry)
Apparently some of their employees make decisions based on emotions rather than skills and performances.

They made me take a 30 minute long assessment after submitting an application. It was not relevant to the position at all. In the end, it was a huge waste of time and there was no further consideration given.

Just say I was over qualified. The people were dressed as if they were at a swap meet. The office was small, just not anything I expected. The interviewer only spoke of occurrences if you were late! Micromanagement City
