Two phone inteviews with 2 recruiters on a team as pre-screen to the hiring manager. 1 video interview with hiring manager and HR representative. The hiring manager was the most rude individual I met in my 30+ years career. I caught him watching out the conference room window on several occasions while I was talking during our video interview which he was 5 minutes late for. I had two days of separate phone screening by their recruiters and was surprised that he was so curt and became obvious he had no interest in my qualifications to fulfill the role after 10 minutes into the interview. After 20 minutes he abruptly interrupted my questions to indicate they had to give up the room for another meeting. I had several other questions but he had no interest and abruptly ended the video interview. If Uber wants to get rid of their negative reputation, he is certainly not an individual that will help them do that. I would never work for them...Period. I have held a number of high executive positions in my career and he is a terrible example of a role model.
