It was a 30 mins phone interview with the hiring manager. Very polite, and patient. Felt comfortable talking with him. It was a brief introduction to the company and the specific tasks of the team that they are hiring. Then moved onto the interviewee`s projects and work experiences, ect.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ubermedia
Interview
A staffing firm reached out to me. They said they worked with the company for a few years, placed a few people there and had a very close relationship with the CEO, Gladys. I had a phone interview with the CEO on a Friday. She said she would let the staffing firm know early next week. I waited the whole week and heard nothing. So I reached out to the staffing firm the following Friday. Their reply was "we reached out to her but she hasn't been replying... we can keep trying!" That's the last I heard of the staffing firm. Very unprofessional and childish of the CEO to be ghosting. If I'm not a fit, how hard is it to decline my application?

Applied online. Also was contacted to set up phone interview, but never heard from again. Very unusual. Maybe they send automated e-mails to whoever applies or maybe they're farming your resume.
