I applied online. I interviewed at Ubisoft (Kyiv, Kyiv)
Interview
Before the interview I did home test. Write a program, related to physic calculation of a rigid body. Nothing difficult, It took me several hours to do this test.
Second part of an interview was onsite. At Ubisoft Kiev office. When I answered on the test, it was very noisy. Some people laughed, some people argued, some people were playing. So it was difficult to concentrate. I had imagination that I came to kinder garden.
Apart of this I have answered on theoretical questions on the paper.
The interview started out with a brief introduction from the hiring manager, who explained the structure of the session and gave me a quick overview of the company. Then, they asked me to talk about my background and walk them through my resume.
