I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Udemy (Ankara) in Jun 2022
Interview
Almost 2 months wait to wake first response. After that 2 weeks to wait for the manager interview. Meanwhile, they changed the position because they are already filled this position with an internal employee. After the manager interview manager said that all was positive. 2 days later HR sent a mail that includes they are not able to hire for this position.
They changed my application position with a new one by saying "we have already filled this position with internal" and it took 2 months. Then they said that the new position is closed and it took nearly 1 month to say that. After the day they reject me they opened the first position that I applied.
Fun fact,
They have no strategy for hiring they just copycatting the FAANG. So, before applying you should check FAANG first, whether they are hiring or not. When they are not hiring your application might be cut off in the middle of the interview.
Totally unfair and unprofessional HR process. Almost 3 months of wasted time. I learn that your hiring process is suck. Happy "always learning"s to you.

Question 1
I didn't get the actual interview. But anyone who reads this, I hope you would do well.
I interviewed with someone based in Dublin. The HR interview was more like a conversation, and they asked questions about my past experiences, along with some typical HR questions like, “What would you do if…?”
After the interview, I found out that I was rejected at the HR stage. I asked for feedback to understand what went wrong and how I could improve. The interviewer said he wasn’t satisfied with my answer to the question about my “proudest moment at work.” However, I genuinely felt that I had shared a strong example that I was proud of.

The first step starts with a chat with an HR representative, who was very warm and engaging. In the next step, there is a technical interview where they expect you to solve problems and collaborate on the solution.
