I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Oxford, OH) in Mar 2016
Interview
I met with ULINE representatives at a career fair at my university and received a call to set up an interview a few weeks later. My first interview was over the phone and very quick; I was called almost immediately after to set up the next interview. The second interview was at a video conference center and was also very quick. I received notification that I had been dropped from the process about a week later.
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Braselton, GA) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.

Interview
Very lengthy, back to back interviews, was there for 3 hours. They were very nice however I didn’t expect to be there as long as I was. There were 4 interviews I had to do.
