Interview
I was sent four assessments to complete online prior to the interview, on interview day we had two assessments, one was to match identical numbers and the other was a number sequence exercise. They were pretty easy but speed and accuracy is of the essence. Both test were timed at four minutes each..... and you are encouraged to complete at least 70% of the questions.
After the assessments, we had a one on one interview session which lasted about 10mins and afterwards a set of people moved on to other assessments and some were told to go home and and expect to hear from the company.
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on

Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
