Applied online and on the same day got a call for an interview roughly 2 weeks later. On the day of the interview, around 30 people showed up, and regardless of what we applied for, everyone started their interview process with 2 simple, timed math tests. After those 2 tests, each person was invited for a 1 on 1 interview. The interviewer was very pleasant and didn't ask anything out of the ordinary. After that interview, those who were selected for the next selection process, had to do a spelling and typing speed test. All 4 tests were pretty simple. When the second set of tests were finished, I interviewed with 2 people who seemed very disinterested in the whole event. They pretty much asked the exact same questions as the first interview. When that ended, I was told they would e-mail about the next step of the selection process. Couple of days later, got an email saying they are going with someone else.
Take a numbers test then you speak with HR the questions are very basic and experience doesn’t matter I worked in customer service for 19 years I was told the candidates have to fit in with the “culture” honestly I don’t believe u would have fit in with their “culture” I had too many questions about negative reviews I read online
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Braselton, GA) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
