First round with HR, which is behavioral interviews. General questions like Why Uline, your strength, weakness, etc. Then wait for 2 weeks to hear back from the company. I think the second round is on-site interview at Uline's headquarter

It was a multi step process, Always treated with kindness and respect. They will ask you a lot of job specific questions in the second round of questions. Prepare for the sales profile exam they give you prior to your interview.
