First round with HR, which is behavioral interviews. General questions like Why Uline, your strength, weakness, etc. Then wait for 2 weeks to hear back from the company. I think the second round is on-site interview at Uline's headquarter

It was a multi step process, Always treated with kindness and respect. They will ask you a lot of job specific questions in the second round of questions. Prepare for the sales profile exam they give you prior to your interview.

Lot of behavior questions, lot of technical questions, lot of data sciency questions, was unsure of a lot but persevered till the end, only got interview request about 2 months after applying
