It was a group interview. We were given an overview of the role and a form to fill out with our availability. We then went around, taking turns answering the same question.

Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
